Depending on the nature of the shoot, we first scout out the environment in person,

including take off and landing sites, camera angles and camera positioning.

This can include everything from setting up in a parking lot to off-road and other difficulties to reach locations.

Each location is different and is assessed for potential obstacles.

We stress operating safely and only consider flight paths that allow us to maintain safety zones away from people and property.

We reserve the right to refuse a job, if it is deemed unsafe to fly.

Unsafe conditions can be a number of things, typically bad weather,

windy conditions or unsafe flying location, due to obstacles such as power lines,

threats to safety of any person, or potential for equipment damage etc.
